The project was the design and cd's of a tenant build-out in a shell suite in a shopping complex in the Town of Sahaurita, south of Tucson, Arizona. The project was carried through cd's and permitting.
Passion for the Love of Pastry
The project was a tenant renovation of an existing suites that was previously used as a catering restaurant. CD's were completed and the project was permitted. Unfortunately due to the existing building structure, and the necessary structural upgrades to support the new kitchen hood and exhaust equipment, the project was abondoned.
Tohono O'odham Detention & Rehabilitation Center
The Tohono O'odham Nation contracted MCS, Inc. to perform planning, design, and construction documents for the new detention and rehabiliation facility. This facility required specialty equipment, material specifications, and construction during operations.
IAC Children's Advocacy Center
This center contains various child care and welfare associations, and police offices. Special stc-rated interveiw rooms for therapists, secure cctv and record closets, and shared office suites.
