The perspective looks upon the center of the development and its engagement with the adjacent neighborhood. The civic boulevard leads to the greenway that seperates the homes from the industrial complexes.

Affordable Housing Development + Civic & Education Center
The purpose to the housing development is to connect dwelling, working, and civic spaces through walkable streets and interconnectivity of neighborhoods. The greenway provides a environmental buffer between the industrial comlexes and the dwelling, but still remains within pedestrian access. The row-housing provides the opportunity for mixed-uses by retail first floors and residential on the second and third floors.
